The links below will take you to Robert Alvey's websites.  Bob Alvey is a very distant cousin of our Stewart/Alvey lineage; somewhere down the line, his 4th or 5th great-grandfather and ours were brothers.  Bob Alvey's line started in Maryland, but migrated to Kentucky.  The Alvey Rootsweb link is a listing of Alvey ancestors that Bob Alvey has researched.  From there, you can click on the links for surnames that you are interested in looking up, i.e., A for ALVEY, K for KNOTT, S for Schade and Stewart.  The Alvey Website link will take you to another one of his site's where you can glean additional information on the Alvey lineage.
